![]() There are 500, 2k, 10k, 50k, 500k, 5M, 100M, and 500M kitty banks. It's not necessary to find the higher kitty bank versions though. You can invest in the shops to get them to sell you more stuff and better stuff. To #2 "How do I store money" the kitty banks have higher amount versions you just have to be lucky to run into them in dungeons or from finding it in the shops. Some skills you don't start out with, you have to go out to different trainer NPCs in different towns to find them. ![]() You want that number higher before you go out to use that skill because it multiplies the EXP you gain from using that skill. Potiential is a range from 1% to a max of 400%. The 2+ platinum coins spent on the trainer only trains your skills' potiential. The easiest quests are killing monsters in the forest when they are 1 or 2 star, turning in items when you already happen to have them in your inventory, escorting npcs to towns close by with plenty of time left to spare, and harvesting veggies in Yowyn (Get the gardening skill, look at the veggies first and harvest only the big/huge/handy ones, don't waste time on small/tiny ones) Do the easier quests whenever you can, collect a lot of platinum coin and learn/train the skills YOU want to focus on from the different towns around the map. Sometimes the only way to know what you can handle is to try it first and then you'll know next time it pops up, which ones to do, and which ones NOT TO DO until you are a hell of a lot stronger/more skilled. Same thing for quests in town, DON'T repeatedly take quests that are impossible for you. ![]() If you get bored of puppy cave start looking for the random dungeons that appear around the map but look at their difficulty first and figure out what you can handle. The floors are random in puppy cave every time you go up and down the stairs, and you can get lost in them, just save a return scroll. But you'll know they are there because you'll hear fast music, and the walls start breaking as they get to you, just leave up the stairs again if you don't want to deal with them and possibly dying while you're trying to grind yourself and your pets. The only exception is if a random hostile adventurer shows up. Puppy cave is always set at a easy, low level difficulty. That's how most new players/pets start dying. But before that if you are having trouble with the random encounters on the road early on, just kill the monsters that appear immediately around you, grab any nuts/veggies/trash for quests, and LEAVE the screen ASAP because the longer you stick around the more likely a really STRONG mob will appear on the random encounter screen. Like others mentioned puppy cave near Vernis is a good place to start grinding. To #1 "Good goals early on" - Thats up to you really. Everything everyone else said is good info I just wanna add in answers for fun.
